XX City Source-Grid-Load-Storage Integrated Demo Project Plan
This document outlines the construction plan for the XX City 'Source-Grid-Load-Storage' integrated demonstration project, a market-oriented initiative aimed at advancing China's carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. The project leverages XX City's abundant wind and solar resources to develop a comprehensive energy base with a total installed capacity of over one million kilowatts. It includes photovoltaic and wind power installations, supported by energy storage systems and grid infrastructure upgrades. The plan covers site selection, grid connection schemes, environmental impact assessments, and financial evaluations. Key objectives include enhancing renewable energy consumption, stabilizing the power grid, and promoting local economic growth through industrial park development. The project aligns with national policies to increase non-fossil energy share and reduce carbon emissions, targeting completion by 2030. It emphasizes the necessity of integrating generation, grid, load, and storage to address intermittency and ensure reliable power supply. The demonstration significance lies in creating a replicable model for regional energy transition and sustainable development.
