China Container Inspection Rules 2025 MSA Announcement
The Ship Technical Regulations of the People's Republic of China, MSA Announcement No. 13 of 2025, establish the Technical Rules for Statutory Inspection of Containers, effective from October 1, 2025. Approved by the Ministry of Transport and issued by the Maritime Safety Administration, these rules cover general provisions, inspection and certification procedures, and structural safety requirements for various container types.
