2.5MW/5MWh Liquid-Cooling Energy Storage System Technical Program

This document presents a technical program for a 2.5MW/5MWh liquid-cooling energy storage system by Anhui Lvwo Recycling Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The system features a non-walk-in design for easy installation and maintenance, supporting grid peak shaving, frequency regulation, backup power, valley filling, demand response, emergency power support, and reactive power compensation. It uses 314Ah lithium iron phosphate cells in a 1P52S module configuration, with each cluster comprising 8 modules and a high-voltage box, totaling 12 clusters per 20'GP container for a capacity of 5.016MWh. The system integrates a BMS, power distribution, firefighting, DC bus, thermal management, and lighting systems. The liquid cooling unit maintains optimal battery temperature (10–35°C) for longevity. The firefighting system ensures safety, while the security system includes video surveillance, access control, and alarms. The document covers design parameters, layout, cell and module specs, high-voltage control box, cabin design, BMS technology, thermal management, firefighting, electrical sections, and testing acceptance, adhering to relevant Chinese standards.
