Typical Cases of Computing Power and Power Collaboration 2025

This document, released in January 2025 by the Institute of Cloud Computing and Big Data under the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, presents a collection of 12 typical cases in computing power and power collaboration. It highlights innovative practices such as green energy direct supply, AI-driven energy-saving operations, and multi-temporal scale coordination. The cases cover planning, construction, and operation phases, demonstrating industry advancements in integrating computing power with electricity for sustainable development. Key projects include the Horinger Data Center Cluster Green Energy Supply Demonstration Project and the Lingang Intelligent Computing Valley project, showcasing reduced PUE and increased green power usage.
