Safety Reliability Test and Assessment Code for Electrochemical Energy Storage Station Before Grid Connection
This document specifies the general requirements for safety reliability testing and assessment of electrochemical energy storage stations before they are connected to the power grid. It covers key equipment and facilities, including energy storage systems, monitoring systems, power transformation and distribution, relay protection, communication, and station service power supply. The standard applies to stations with voltage levels of 10(6) kV and above, rated power of 500 kW and above, and rated capacity of 500 kWh and above, using battery types such as lithium-ion, sodium-ion, lead-acid (carbon), and flow batteries. It outlines test methods, safety assessment procedures for rules and regulations, equipment, installation, and commissioning, and provides a comprehensive assessment framework. The document aims to ensure operational safety and reliability, with references to national standards like GB/T 36276 and GB/T 34120. It is intended for use by energy storage station operators, engineers, and safety assessors to mitigate risks and enhance grid integration safety.
