Energy Storage Station Active Safety Early Warning System V3.0
The Energy Storage Station Active Safety Early Warning System V3.0, developed by Beijing Xiqing Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Tsinghua Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute, leverages AI large models and mechanism dual-driven technology for active safety risk management. It addresses industry pain points such as inaccurate battery state assessment, lack of safety risk monitoring, excessive battery life degradation, and low operation and maintenance efficiency. The system features a three-level active safety prevention and control architecture, integrating big data intelligent analysis, deep learning, and battery mechanism models to provide battery health state assessment, early fault detection, thermal runaway warning, and intelligent proactive operation and maintenance. Key functions include station-wide safety hazard assessment weeks in advance, battery early fault warning hundreds to tens of hours in advance, and advanced thermal runaway warning more than 15 minutes in advance. The system has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Paris Invention Exhibition Gold Award and the China Energy Storage Industry Best Innovation Capability Enterprise Award.
