IC Industrial Park Solar-Storage-Charging 500kW/1MWh Solution

This document presents a comprehensive 500kW/1MWh energy storage solution for an IC industrial park, integrating solar, storage, and charging capabilities. The system uses five 100kW/230MWh storage units to exploit peak-valley electricity price differences, charging during low-price periods and discharging during peak times. Photovoltaic carports are installed above parking spaces, with support for wind energy integration. The solution complies with numerous technical standards, including DL/T527, GB/T13384, and GB4208. The energy storage cabinet features an 'ALL IN ONE' design with high-energy-density liquid-cooled battery packs, BMS, modular liquid-cooled PCS, fire safety systems, and energy management. It offers higher returns through a 20% lifespan increase, 90% round-trip efficiency, and reduced auxiliary losses. Safety is ensured with aerosol and pack-level water fire protection and 1.5-hour fire resistance. The compact cabinet occupies about 2 square meters, supports plug-and-play installation, and includes smart features like fault reporting to the cloud and configurable peak/off-peak periods. The fire safety system includes comprehensive early warning detection for smoke, heat, carbon monoxide, hydrogen, and electrolyte precipitates.
