PCM Series Grid-Tied/Off-Grid Switching Controller Specs
The PCM Series Grid-Tied/Off-Grid Switching Controller by Zhongteng Microgrid (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. is a power control and management unit for microgrid interconnection. It regulates power flow, maintains voltage/frequency stability, and coordinates energy exchange. Key functions include seamless active/passive switching between grid-tied and off-grid modes, high-speed reverse power prevention (30ms response), self-consumption, peak shaving and valley filling, and surplus renewable energy feed-in. It also serves as a diesel generator hybrid controller with millisecond-level load sharing and impact support. The series includes models PCM170 (170kVA), PCM330 (330kVA), and PCM600 (600kVA), supporting 400V/230V AC, 50/60Hz, with up to 3 units in parallel. Communication interfaces include CAN, RS485, and MODBUS RTU. Applications cover island microgrids, remote area networking, factory microgrids, and PV-diesel-battery systems. The controller features intelligent forced air cooling, operates from -40 to 60°C, and includes protections against over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage, and ground short circuits. It is CE certified and supports self-powering with optional external UPS.
