Site Acceptance Test Code for Electrochemical Energy Storage Control Systems
This document, NB/T 42090-2025, replaces the 2016 version and specifies the code for site acceptance testing of supervision and control systems in electrochemical energy storage stations. It outlines general requirements and test methods for communication, data acquisition, alarm, control and regulation, sequence of events recording, post-disturbance review, and human-machine interface. The standard applies to site acceptance tests of these systems, ensuring proper operation before commissioning. Key changes include a revised scope focusing on test methods rather than technical specifications, and the addition of detailed test procedures. The document emphasizes safety compliance with GB/T 42288 and adherence to normal working conditions per GB/T 42726. It requires pre-test inspections of equipment reports and calibration of tools. A test report template is provided in Annex A. This standard is crucial for validating the functionality and reliability of energy storage control systems, supporting the safe and efficient integration of electrochemical storage into the power grid.
