Wind-Solar Off-Grid Control Inverter All-in-One Machine Standard

This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, documentation requirements, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for control and inverter integrated machines used in off-grid wind and solar complementary power generation systems. It applies to all-in-one machines that integrate wind power generation control, photovoltaic power generation control, and off-grid inversion. Key technical requirements include environmental conditions (operating temperature -20°C to +40°C, humidity ≤95%, altitude ≤1000m), wind power generation control features such as overvoltage and overcurrent protection with unloading power at least twice the rated power, manual shutdown capability, photovoltaic reverse connection and reverse discharge protection, and maximum voltage/current withstand. The standard also covers normative references, terms and definitions, and appendices with technical parameters. It was published on June 30, 2025, and implemented on December 30, 2025, under the authority of the National Energy Administration of China.
