Wind-Photovoltaic-Energy Storage Power Station Operation Control Spec

This document, GB/T 46812-2025, is a national standard of the People's Republic of China that specifies technical requirements for the operation control of wind-photovoltaic-energy storage power stations. It covers operation modes, power control, operational adaptability, power quality, relay protection and safety automatic devices, dispatching automation and communication, cybersecurity, electric energy metering, and operation management. The standard applies to stations connected to the grid at 35 kV and above. It mandates that these stations accept overall grid dispatch, participate in peak, frequency, and voltage regulation, and submit power predictions and generation plans. Key references include GB/T 19963, GB/T 19964, GB/T 36547, and GB/T 31464. The standard was issued on December 31, 2025, and will be implemented on April 1, 2026, drafted by major Chinese research institutes and grid companies.
