Code for Operation of Hydrogen Storage Systems in Power Stations

This document, DL/T 2915-2025, is a Chinese electric power industry standard issued by the National Energy Administration, effective from December 30, 2025. It specifies technical requirements for the operation of hydrogen storage systems in hydrogen energy storage power stations, covering normal operation, abnormal and fault handling. The standard applies to gaseous, liquid, and solid-state hydrogen storage systems, including pressure vessels and related equipment. Periodic inspections of pressure vessels must follow TSG 21 and TSG 23. The document includes normative annexes for inspection items, operation abnormalities, and fault handling.
