Overseas 750KW/1505KWh Solar-Storage System Technical Solution
This document presents a comprehensive technical solution for an overseas 750KW/1505KWh solar-storage system designed for an industrial park with two transformers (500kVA and 1000kVA). The park plans to install 1138KWp of PV, an energy storage system, and a diesel generator to meet electricity demand. The system uses PV-storage integrated machines to handle power outages: during grid failure, PV and storage supply loads; when grid is restored, it powers loads via bypass; if all fail, diesel generator takes over. The 500kVA transformer uses a 500KW/1075KWh system, while the 1000kVA transformer uses a 750KW/1505KWh system, both with standard containerized products for 400V low-voltage grid connection. Key components include battery stacks, modules, clusters, high-voltage boxes, DC combiner cabinets, BMS with functions like SOC maintenance and peak shaving, air conditioners, fire protection, combustible gas detection, PCS equipment, and an energy management system for monitoring, historical statistics, anti-reverse power flow, and microgrid economic operation. The solution also covers PV module installation, inverter wiring, and grid-connected distribution.
