5mWh Standard Container Energy Storage BMS Solution A02

This document details the 5mWh Standard Container (16S*25Pack*7 Cluster*2 Stack) Energy Storage BMS Solution A02, designed for project information organization and customer confirmation. It serves as the basis for software design. The system uses LFP cells (3.2V/280Ah) configured in 1P16S8T modules, with 25 packs per cluster (1 master 25 slaves) forming a 1280V/280Ah/358.4kWh cluster. Seven clusters connect in parallel per stack (1280V/1960Ah/2.5088MWh), and two stacks form one container. The full system comprises 28 stacks across 14 containers, with a rated current of 0.5C and PCS power of 2.5MW each. BMS components include ESBMM-1612-F or ESBMM-2412-F battery management modules (4900 units), ESBCM-F133-L-S or ESBCM-F133-L cluster control modules (196 units), ESMU 10-II display modules (28 units), 1500V/250A high voltage boxes (196 units), and 1500V/1250A busbar cabinets (28 units). Power is supplied via UPS. The system block diagram illustrates connections to step-up transformers, PCS, EMS, and communication networks (485 and CAN).
