3.45MW 1500Vdc 35kV Inverter Step-up Integrated Cabin Solution
This document presents a technical solution for a 3.45MW inverter step-up integrated cabin designed for energy storage applications. The system operates with a DC voltage range of 1000-1500V and connects to a 35kV AC grid. It integrates two 1725kW modular PCS units, each supporting 10 battery clusters for branch access and management, effectively eliminating circulation issues. The cabin includes PCS, step-up transformer, high-voltage switchgear, and auxiliary systems. Key features include high integration for space efficiency, 99% system online rate, independent module operation, and intelligent support for PQ/VF modes. It is equipped with LVRT, HVRT, four-quadrant regulation, and source-grid-load switching. Applications include renewable energy consumption, smoothing, peak shaving, and frequency regulation, responding to AGC and AVC dispatch. The solution complies with relevant standards and is suitable for power source side energy storage.
