6kV 2.5MW/3MWh Energy Storage Emergency Power Supply for Coal Mine
This technical proposal details a 6kV 2.5MW/3MWh energy storage emergency power supply system for XXXX Coal Mine, designed to ensure safety during complete power outages. The system provides backup power for critical loads including main ventilation fans, hoists, gas pumps, and dispatch rooms, with a minimum duration of 2 hours. It complies with Chinese coal mine safety regulations and prioritizes rapid restoration of ventilation and personnel evacuation within 60 minutes. The configuration includes a step-up integrated machine with two 1250kW PCS units, a 1800kVA transformer, and a 3MWh lithium battery container. The system supports sequential load starting, variable frequency drives, and line-frequency start methods, with maximum surge current capacity of 177.1A. It offers advantages over diesel generators, such as faster switching, lower emissions, and easier maintenance. The proposal covers system design, capacity calculations, application logic, standards compliance, and core components like BMS, EMS, fire alarm, and cooling systems.
