Xiaoshan Runzhou Textile 220kW/458kWh User-Side Energy Storage Project

This document details the grid connection acceptance for the Xiaoshan District Hangzhou Runzhou Textile Co., Ltd. 220kW/458kWh user-side energy storage project. It includes the completion inspection application form, construction unit qualifications, type test reports for energy storage carrier, power conversion system, and battery management system, as well as 3C certification for low-voltage electrical equipment. The charging/discharging strategy outlines two cycles per day with rates ≤0.5C, adapted for spring/autumn and summer/winter periods. Pre-grid-connection commissioning and acceptance reports confirm system operation, emergency stop tests, and under-voltage trip functionality. The project connects at 380V with two grid connection points, each 110kW/229kWh, and is scheduled for grid connection on November 21, 2024.
