130MW/260MWh Centralized Electrochemical Energy Storage Technical Solution

This technical solution details a 130MW/260MWh centralized electrochemical energy storage system using liquid cooling technology. It addresses the intermittency of renewable energy by enabling power system peak and frequency regulation, improving energy efficiency, and supporting 'dual carbon' goals. The system comprises electrical subcomponents including not less than 314Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries, battery modules, a Battery Management System (BMS), high voltage box, combiner cabinet, and internal cables. The BMS architecture includes BMU, BCMU, and BSMU units for monitoring and balancing. Thermal management is achieved through liquid cooling, with simulations and calculations provided. A fire protection system with specific control logic ensures safety. The design complies with standards such as GB/T 36276-2023. The scope covers supply, installation guidance, commissioning, and testing for the 5MWh liquid-cooled containerized energy storage system.
